Pulsation vacuum sterilizers (motorized door), a series of advanced sterilizers developed and produced by our company according to the latest national standard- "Technical Requirements for Large-Scale Steam Sterilizer (an Automatic Control Type)”, are fully in line with the CSSD, and GMP regulatory requirements of the sterilization device. The sterilized indoor air for the series is excluded several times with the vacuum and injected many times pulsating steam, so that the indoor air exclusion amounts to more than 99%, thus ensuring the uniformity of the indoor temperature throughout up to 0. 50℃ and guaranteeing a reliable bactericidal effect.
▲ The shell material of the main part uses 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel, and the inner surface is processed by mechanical and electric polishing, thus being not only beautiful but also greatly enhancing the corrosion resistance. The design and production of the main part is in full compliance with the requirements of the GB150 Steel Pressure Vessel and Pressured Vessel Safety Technical Supervision Regulation.
The chamber of this series has the following volumes: 0.09, 0. 15, 0. 18, 0. 24, 0. 36, 0.6, 0.8, 0. 1 .2、1 .5 (m3).
▲ The material for the inner surface of the door is 06Cr19Ni10, for the external the Q235B ribs with all coated by insulation material to minimize heat radiation. The door lift is driven by motor with screw nut. The use of compressed gas to tight silicone seal on the door ensures a reliable sealing and greatly reduces the amount of labor intensity by comparison with manual doors. The sterilizers can be divided into single door and double door. The front and back doors seal of the latter can be moved separately, that is, the back door can be separately opened when the front door is sealed and vice versa, thus making the effective isolation of the bacteria zone and sterile zone, to meet national pharmaceutical production management GVIP and hospital CSSD specifications.
