Warranty policy:
We supply one year warranty started from shipping date under normal use and service. Warranty does not include following situation:
1. The malfunction is caused by misuse, negligence or accidents.
2. The equipments have been modified or repaired by anyone except us or our designated person.
3. Our original serial number label or product identification marks have been altered or removed.
Return and Freight:
Be sure to confirm with our sales all details before return any parts to avoid custom problem. Returned parts must be well packed.
1. Within Warranty: The customer is responsible for freight & insurance charges when the parts shipped to us for repair (this includes custom charges). We are responsible for the freight & insurance charges from our place to the customer.
2. After Warranty: The customer is responsible for parts cost and any freight & insurance charges.
Titanium Surgical instruments
We offer a repair service for all brands of Surgical instruments. We are also at your service for any new ideas for instrumentation or modifications to existing instruments.
All Titanium Surgieal Instruments are guaranteed against defects in material and/or workmanship, assuming normal use for 5 years.
